RETURNS & REFUNDS
- All returned items must be unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all sales tags and hygienic protectors. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, except for cases when a client asks for a Gift Card as refund method.
- After your order is delivered, you have up to 30 days to request a return. For items listed in SALE, you have up to 5 days to request a return. No exceptions.
